Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products
We ship only all over India through registered domestic courier companies, Delivery Boys and /or speed post only. Most of the products are our in-stock inventory. Generally we do ship products with 2 working days from the day when the orders placed. Delivery of the orders to the end customers depends on the Pin Code and serviceability of courier companies for that area. In general, within the City (i.e Kolkata) delivery takes 2 working days. If outside of the City then the delivery timeline varies in between 5 to 10 days. In metro cities, delivery is comparatively faster. Bivamart.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities due to their internal problems or delays because of incomplete delivery address given by customers. Also please note due to unavoidable circumstances like Natural Calamity, Pandemic, Changes in Government Policies, there might be changes in Delivery schedule. Cancellation Policy
There is a Cancel button present against the Order in Order History section. Please note Order can’t be cancelled once the status is changed to ‘In Transit’. Please note, It may take 3-5 working days ti get the money debited back to customers account
