Through her experience in operating this kitchen, Moumita came to understand the high demand for nutritious and delicious food among corporate employees, who often do not have the time or access to prepare meals themselves. This realization inspired her to take her passion for cooking and entrepreneurship to the next level and create The Sajh - Flavors of Home. With her expertise in the food industry and her commitment to providing healthy, tasty, and home-cooked meals to others, Moumita is leading the charge in revolutionizing the way people think about and access food.
